In addition to serving in several church plants and as a worship leader at three churches Shane and his wife Rachel planted Inflight Ministries in 1998 in the city of Lompoc, California. Inflight started as a school of ministry and grew over its three year history into a school for homeschoolers, a local outreach center and a small local fellowship for unchurched people who God connected to the ministry.
In addition to this Shane worked with a core team of leaders to establish a multichurch prayer and worship movement in the spirit of the tabernacle of David on the central coast of California for three years prior to joining the staff as an ordained minister with Freedom Crusade.
In 2001 Shane went into business with his dad and started the waterfall creation department of His dad's company designing and building waterfalls and waterfeatures. In 2006 after receiving a strong directional word from the Lord to get back to the Central Coast to seek God regarding His purposes in daily worship and prayer, Shane returned to the coast and began seeking the Lord at a deeper level which resulted in a directional word to connect with Roger and the vision and purposes of Freedom Crusade, especialy the Lonnie projects.
Shane also is involved in the music industry, relates regularly to the business community, and is currently training to become certified in nutritional, fitness and life coaching.
Shane is currently ordained to work with Freedom Crusade and serving as a founding member and an associate leader of Freedom Fellowship a non-profit organization, believers fellowship & developing Kingdom Missions Training Center based on the Central Coast of California in Santa Maria.

Glenn Adkins: Glenn Adkins (on the left), shaking hands with a brother.
Ordained with Freedom Crusade as well as Roger's first pastor as talked about in Roger's book " Fire on the Mountain". Glenn's current ministry is " The Lord's Trumpet" based in Big Bear working out of his home church, Believer's Chapel .
Rev Glenn Adkins is part of Believer's Chapel's home missions ministry. He has been ministering and singing around the nation since He was seventeen years old. Most of His ministry happens on the streets, byways, and bars. He gets their attention with His singing on the streets and bars for the Lord, but knows how to answer the tough 'street and bar' questions that usually come up. He believes in 'friendship evangelism'. He reaches people that most of us don't or wouldn't want to reach.
He has been in ministry for forty years. Most of His ministry over the years has been in Hollywood, Venice Beach walkway, and Topanga Canyon, near Malibu, where He pastored for over fourteen years. He later pastored in Big Bear for nine years. Even though He pastored for those years, His main ministry was outreach outside the church walls. He has also been involved as the chaplain of the Big Bear Hospital and San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department, working out of the Big Bear Sheriff's station.
